Return & Refund Policy

Return

At Dupodi, we aim to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Exceptions

To maintain the quality of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized Items
  • Personal Care Items (such as cosmetics and skincare products)
  • Sale Items
  • Products that have been damaged or tampered with

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged product or encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly process a replacement or refund. For damaged packages, kindly retain the original packaging and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please inform us within 28 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Cost     

If you receive an incorrect product or if your item is damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns initiated for other reasons—such as purchasing the wrong item, issues with fit, or a change of mind—the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds                                                                                                                         

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranties
